Is Antar Stree online or in-person?
Both. Online sessions mean you can join from anywhere in the world. For in-person care, we're offered at our partner Rejua clinics across Mumbai and Delhi — giving you the choice of virtual convenience or hands-on care, whichever fits your life better.
I'm on medication or HRT — can I still join?
Yes. We work alongside your doctor, never in place of them. Our programs integrate with your existing medical care — we'll ask for reports and any prescribed medications during your intake.
What results should I expect in 3 months?
Most women feel shifts in energy, digestion, sleep, or cycles within the first 4–6 weeks. Deeper healing — rebalanced hormones, sustained weight changes, steadier moods — compounds over months of consistent work.
Do I need recent blood reports?
Helpful but not required to start. If you don't have any, we'll guide you on what to test during week one of your program.
Can I pause or extend my program?
Yes. Life happens. You can pause for up to 30 days at no extra cost. Extensions are priced pro-rata.
What languages do your experts speak?
English and Hindi, across all our experts. Several team members also speak Marathi and Gujarati — let us know your preference during intake.
Is this safe during pregnancy?
Our prenatal program (launching soon) is purpose-built and obstetrician-informed. Our current programs are not recommended during pregnancy without specific clearance from your doctor and our team.
How is this different from my doctor's advice?
We are not a replacement for medical care — we are the connective tissue around it. Your doctor addresses diagnosis and prescription. We address the daily life work: food, movement, sleep, stress, emotion, and the dozen small things that compound into big change.
