Addressing Lifestyle problems through plant-based foods

Millions of moons back, before the industrialization, man was fine tuned with nature, slept in the lap of mother earth, woke up under the sky and the blessings of the sun, listening to the chirping of the birds, breathing in fresh oxygen from the trees, working throughout the day, being a farmer and plowing the fields, seeding the right crop and yielding the right vegetables, fruits, grains, herbs, condiments and nuts, seeds dry fruit out of it. 

Man was in tune, man was immune, man was healthy because health was the way of life. 

Plucking food from the farms and trees was the way children grew. Children were healthy, they grew up to be healthy grownups and the healthy grownups would gracefully age without disease and simply pass away in the quietness of the later years of life. 

However, industrialization disrupted this balance. Food became processed, stripped of its natural life energy and loaded with artificial additives. Thus, its vibrancy and the life force was altered and compromised. 

Natural food was added with flavours, colours, preservatives and most importantly, aroma's which is all artificial. This gave rise to modern diseases, allergies, asthma, cholesterol, blood pressure, and diabetes. Man started eating animals too. Degeneration of human's happened and it proliferated. 

To remind us back of the ancient olden wisdom, where man not just thrived and survived but nourished and flourished with plant-based diet, which is the clean and green way of life. 

In order to preserve phytonutrients and micronutrients in our food, the purest water from the earth's water tables and banks must be used. Together, sunshine is very important as it provides us with the essential vitamin. Similarly, atmospheric oxygen and the motion of the stars and planets, allow us to absorb the wisdom and intelligence of the cosmos as it grows over the course of many months and years. 

Adopting a plant-based diet also benefits the planet. The UN’s Climate Change 2022 report highlights its potential to reduce carbon footprints, conserve land, and mitigate climate change. From an environmental and health perspective, it’s a powerful solution.

Therefore, a clean and green eating takes us into health, wholesomeness and ease, while also keeping us free from disease.
